Mr. Glass is the Chief Compliance Officer for Rational Advisors Inc., and a member of the Advisor’s Executive Committee and Risk Management Committee. He provides compliance, operations and administrative services for the Advisor and the Funds. Prior to joining the Advisor in 2012, he was Vice President of Global Client Services for Ivy Asset Management, LLC., from 2000 to 2010. Prior experience also includes Deloitte and Touche, LLP and Salomon Smith Barney. Mr. Glass received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the City University of New York.
