Mrs. Rios is a Portfolio Manager on the Catalyst Hedged Commodity Strategy Fund for Catalyst Capital Advisors LLC. She first joined Catalyst in 2014 as a member of the Hedged Futures Strategy team and remained part of that team until 2018. Mrs. Rios supported the launch of the Hedged Commodity Strategy Fund in September 2015 and has been a Portfolio Manager since fund inception.

Her career started as currency trading assistant at an international FOREX company. In 1997, she joined Brandes Investment Partners, an international value fund investment company. Mrs. Rios began on the currency team before transitioning onto the equity team. In late 2000, Mrs. Rios joined Roxbury Capital Management, an investment firm focused on growth companies. She traded the largest directed relationship as a Trader and Assistant Portfolio Manager. In 2002, she became an Investment Analyst at Northern Capital Management where she was also a member of the Investment Committee. Mrs. Rios left for an opportunity to build real estate investments and own and operate a small business franchise in that field. In 2011, Mrs. Rios joined the RIA firm of RMR Financial Advisors as a Portfolio Specialist, Researcher, and member of the Investment Committee.

Mrs. Rios achieved the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 2001. In 2014, Mrs. Rios earned the Chartered Market Technician designation. She carries the Series 3 license and is a member of the National Futures Association. Mrs. Rios received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Arizona.
