Mr. Miller is Co-Founder, Chief Investment Officer and Senior Portfolio Manager of Rational Funds Inc. and Catalyst Capital Advisors LLC. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School, and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business.
